During the 2025 International Labour Conference (ILC) in Geneva, the National Organisation of Trade Unions (NOTU) participated alongside global labor leaders, government representatives, and employers’ organizations to discuss key issues affecting workers worldwide. The conference provided an important platform for dialogue on decent work, social protection, fair wages, occupational safety, and the future of work in a rapidly changing global economy.

NOTU representatives engaged in high-level discussions on labor rights, gender equality, youth employment, and strengthening trade union solidarity across borders. The event also created opportunities for knowledge sharing, networking, and building partnerships aimed at improving working conditions for employees both nationally and internationally. Through its participation, NOTU reaffirmed its commitment to representing workers’ voices and contributing to policies that promote social justice, inclusive growth, and sustainable development for all.
