The National Organisation of Trade Unions (NOTU) brought together officials, union leaders, and key stakeholders for a strategic planning workshop aimed at strengthening collaboration and advancing workers’ rights. The gathering served as an important platform for discussing priorities, reviewing progress, and aligning efforts toward sustainable labor advocacy and social justice. Representatives from affiliated unions, development partners, and labor organizations participated in the event, sharing ideas and experiences on improving worker representation, social dialogue, and economic inclusion. 

The workshop emphasized the importance of unity, capacity building, and policy engagement in addressing current labor challenges.
