The National Organisation of Trade Unions (NOTU) officially unveiled its 5-Year Strategic Plan during a formal indoor launch attended by key officials, stakeholders, and representatives from affiliated unions. The event marked an important milestone in strengthening the organization’s commitment to protecting workers’ rights, promoting social dialogue, and advancing fair labor practices across the country.
During the unveiling, leaders highlighted the strategic priorities for the 2025–2030 period, focusing on worker empowerment, institutional growth, policy advocacy, gender equality, youth inclusion, and sustainable partnerships. The ceremony also provided an opportunity for members and partners to reflect on past achievements while setting a clear roadmap for future progress.
